Ha, first day and I don't know what to think of them. I understand the discomfort I am experiencing right now is only temporary, so I am trying not to let that cloud my judgement.

I can't get braces, but my teeth aren't straight. I guess it's a good thing, since I heard braces are kinda painful (Even though it stops at one point). So, I think I might get that Invisaline thing, or some carbon copy or whatever...

It is not really pain so much as discomfort for the first day or two. Invisaline braces are far too overpriced. They are like 3Xs more than regular braces.

Suddenly my need for braces dropped even lower.

Because I had to wait for the orthodontist to get all his gear together before he applied mine, I had time to Wiki orthodontic treatment. According to recently published studies, approximately 85% in the world would greatly benefit from braces.

I don't NEED braces, but I have small gaps that I could get braces for. It would be purely for cosmetic purposes.

EDS, Quinn, is where you have different symptoms.
