First game I've ever beaten collecting every item/character in the game was FFIII, I think it was 6 in Japan. Despite the 16 bit graphics still the best FF in my opinion. Aside from the pokemon games, I've also completed FE Path of Radiance & Radiant Dawn.

I think the only one I've 100% completed is Mario Galaxy. I've nearly beaten Galaxy 2 as well, but there are two levels that I just can't get. Oh and Mario Bros Wii. I've come close with Windwaker, but I always missed some of the monsters you had to take a photo of, so never quite got 100%.

I've 100% completed Super Mario 64 and a few of the Kirby games. Amazing Mirror, Crystal Shards, and Nightmare in Dreamland. Oh, and Metroid Zero Mission.

I'm almost at 100% in Binding of Isaac, but can't get that last 7% of achievements...

I've cleared "102%" (apparently it's possible) in Donkey Kong Country 3.

Not sure about any other game beyond that :/

The only thing I really play is my Pokemon White 2, Mario Kart and Sonic.

Probably the only game I've ever completely finished is Thousand Arms, an ooooold RPG I'm sure no one recalls. I'm not talented enough at them to actually complete everything.

I just finished Metal Gear Solid 4 for the first time. Time to replay the whole series and try to get perfect playthroughs.

Do you have MGS: The Legacy Collection? I'm going to buy it. My favorite game in the MGS series was MGS3. I didn't beat it but I got to the very end before I had to return it (rented it).
