Hi.
I can't even begin to describe how much money I probably saved by just buying a Yu-gi-oh video game rather than buy the actual cards.
Hate to say it, but compared to Magic the Gathering, Yu-gi-oh is cheesy.
Sup, dude. Any cool weekend plans going on for you?
It's just OK. There's a lot of cheesy gimmicks, but it's not bad. If fact playing the video games will probably help you learn how to play the actual card game much faster when you let the game calculate all the nonsense for you.
But if you really want to get into card games, I'd recommend Magic much more. But that makes your wallet lighter, also. :P
You need a great group of friends to play with. I had been out of the loop in Magic for almost a decade, and then a coworker of mine got me back into it and sometimes I'll play with the rest of his circle of friends. We've all been pretty busy though, lately. He just brought a house and so did one of his other friends.
I'm hoping to be able to do that soon, myself.
