Clearly they are Corey's design. He did this to wreak havoc. That explains why he's the main one who supports the megaevos.

Probably all of gen VI is his idea. He gave Fennekin glow punch just so he wouldn't be suspected.

Bed is the last place you want to be when Corey is hatching evil ideas with fairies. You'll wake up talking to some Navi-based pokemon evolution of Jigglypuff, next thing you know you're pulling the master sword and losing 7 years of your life. :/ All we can do is wait it out and hope he has mercy on us...
