Have you ever wonder how to make some Shiny Pokemon better?

There are plenty of pretty good Shiny Pokemon. There are some that are just bad. Others are just fine but could be better.
HoodlumScrafty has decided to take things into his own hands. He has decided to use his design skills to see how he can improve the Shiny form for certain Pokemon. There are several Pokemon that he attempts to improve such as Shiftry and Gulpin. Some of them seem fine but HoodlumScrafty tries to make them better!
