A reminder: Stalkers lure in their targets by pretending to be a wish-granter, so abrupt, sudden and unexplained skill gains are tip-offs. Yandil's personality appears to just be 'him,' as nothing's changed-pretty much 100% exonerating him as nothing unusual has happened. But the Stalker happenings were only a month or so ago, right?... So is Franny's skill gains. All the same, we can't confirm it's her, but this puts her as a big suspect.

Anyone interviewing Kexin (preferably a fully evolved Pokemon to coax more out of him) ought to talk to him about where Franny's qualifications come from, and mention she's introduced herself as a nurse and a pediatrician as well as a doctor-and ask him about Franny's official job.
