You decide it's best to just rest and give yourself some time to clear your head of some of the rather not so pleasant things you've seen. You've seen what some of these sanity-attacking things can do to Pokémon and you'd rather not risk letting this get any more beyond what your head can handle today.

You climb into bed and easily get cozy under the bed sheets. It gets pleasantly warm and comfortable and it puts you in a state of perfect relaxation that allows your mind to just ease blissfully into a peaceful and pleasant sleep.
