What exactly goes into a soullink fitlocke? Sounds interesting.

So that's actually two different types of nuzlockes combined into one.

So a soullinklocke is what Sam and Xanthe did with Gold and Silver a while back. It's where all of our catches are linked and such so if one of my party members dies then so does a party member of my friend and visa versa.

A fitlocke is where depending on actions you take in game, you have to do corresponding exercises. So for example, my friend and I have set the rule to where for each successful catch we have to do five jumping jacks.

Dang, the soullink thing sounds tough. Losing Pokémon at double the rate seems pretty dicey.

I tried something like that fitlocke with Overwatch. Every round lost meant a drop and do twenty push-ups. Holy crap, ended up doing 80 of them in less than a half hour, and several of them were because I joined a losing game as backfill.
