I work out twice a week on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. It's an hour-long weight-lifting body pump class, so two hours each week. Each class is a heck of a workout, but it's fun and I feel it's been a really good and healthy step that I had been neglecting for a while. My own personal workouts weren't doing a great job, but the instructor-led classes have been really good at pushing myself to get stronger.

So yep, I lift, bro. ;)
