I could write a book about my sleeping patterns.

When it comes to weekends, I tend to stay up until 1am, maybe 2 at most, and will aim to sleep about nine hours. Those nights, I sleep so easy.

When I have work, it depends on how back to back my days are. For example if I worked Monday and Thursday, I'd sleep terribly, as my sleeping pattern would be well and truly whack from my late nights, and I'd have to be up early the next day, creating stress and making it hard to sleep. And between the two days when I work, there is plenty of time to mess up my sleeping pattern. However if they're bunched up, let's just say, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday, ill sleep badly the first night, then be in bed early the next few due to lack of sleep and exhaustion from work.

When uni starts for the year, my sleeping pattern will become whack, as I will be working Monday, have a night class tuesday, a afternoon and night class wednesday, work thursday and friday off. So Ill be able to mess up my sleeping pattern big time.

It is currently 11pm Monday Night, and I have work tomorrow through thursday so will have to be awake at 6:30 each morning, however plan on staying up til midnight, maybe 12:30, since I am talking to a girl at the moment who tends to be online a lot around midnight, and we don't get to talk much outside of the odd message outside those hours. Work Jacob is going to hate Depressingly Single Jacob.

As for conditions, I am fussy. Once I am asleep I will sleep heavily, but getting there is a mission.

I must have a thick doona. And for some reason need a lot of it between my legs. Not sure why, I just do. It is hell during summer.

I can sleep on either side, however not on my back or front. Left side is preferred though.

I can't have any overly bright lights. To the point where I unplug the HDMI switch because it has these two bright red and purple lights, sometimes even my laptop. Today I bought a wireless charger for my phone, which I plan on leaving in my room, however it has a green light, which may be problematic...

I can't have too much sound either. Which is hard in summer, trying to sleep with a fan running. It isn't nice.

I sleep best in winter, when I can stack on a few layers. Getting up however is the hard part...
