I haven't bought anything from the last set, unfortunately. But I'm more or less after the rare cards for collector value. Like, I have that one $60 Shaymin Card from Roaring Skies. I haven't had a lot of money of late, so I'm not going to go crazy and buy up packs. I usually only buy a couple packs from each set plus all the little boxes with the pins and promo card. Like when the 20th Anniversary hit with the Generations Packs (all of which up to this point I have purchased). I actually opened those and have a bunch of rare cards from them. So to have all 4 of these Promo Cards would be pretty awesome.

As far as playability, none of them would really fit since I run Team Aqua/Magma Decks. Which 90% of the cards are titular and pretty specific to that theme. It would be nice to see an update to those cards so I could update my deck that's 3 years outdated. My Yugioh deck isn't even that bad. xD

The full art Cynthia card from Ultra Prism is a big chase card from the set. Most of the full arts are highly wanted. There is a new full art Lillie that is liked along with a new full art Lusamine card. I pulled my second one this pass weekend.

Pokemon is doing this cool thing where they are featuring a region per set. Ultra Prism is based off Sinnoh which includes some cards featuring villains or their Pokemon. Forbidden Light has Pokemon and characters from Kalos. The next set is suppose to be based off Hoenn. I don't think they will add anything like Aqua or Magma but they could have new character cards like for Maxie and Archie.
