Heh, pets are hilarious like that. I can't tell you how many times my two bunnies have made me laugh with their silly antics. They're loveably crazy. XD

We've never had a cat (my dad's alergic), but they seem like cool, zany pets. Plus they help out by taking down any mice that sneak in.
