And yeah, I need to preorder. Pokemon Center gives you a free key chain with one of the starters, but they don't let you choose which one you get!

Yeah that was my issue with getting it from there. So I'm just gonna predownload. Wasn't 100% on which to get. Was waiting on final trailer, but I'll probably get Sword and of course the Fire Starter.

you could let them know that you were sent the game but it's missing the Pokémon keychain ( otherwise you would have to send the entire package back game included just for a different keychain )

It's a bit more complicated than that. Plus they say "quantity is limited." So if they run out you're stuck with what you get even if they have stock to change it out or give you another. You could get a duplicate.
