Do we know that for sure, Neo? Shruikan seemed like they were setting the stage for a plot point. Call me lacking in initiative if you like, but it seems like this should be up to or at least okayed by the GM.

I understand. I figured Shruikan did it just to get things started and not because he had an already-planned outcome for that situation, but if you want to confirm, that's understandable.
