So I'm gonna say!!

a) I'm personally going to say feel free as long as you link to and give full credit on the design. And yeah, it would gouge for creativity a bit, but you could totally try to change it up for points there!
b) It can be a previously designed Mega that you've done before! I'm totally fine with that!
