That is a good question, and I'm glad you brought it up.

For injuries it will be more realistic. Potions and spells will most definitely help, but it depends on the strength of said potion or spell. Weaker ones help with the pain and slow bleeding, but the wound is no where near completely healed. Where as very high magics can completely heal an injury. Depending on the kind of injury a healing potion is applied to it can be completely healed or at least out of the danger zone if it's the strongest of healing potions. I will try to avoid character death since we all love our characters, but if something happens and the realistic outcome despite all the powerful potions and magics is death then it will happen. But remember, there are spirits walking around so if your character does die then it's possible they can make a cameo later on as a ghost.
