*Inside is a whole floating city, with the mountain you saw before almost totally hollowed out. You're group is well below it, but you are still standing above the real ground, even-the actual ground of this hollowed mountain is MILES below you, into a pit you cannot even see a single light. That is a fall which, according to the RPG/Video game conventions of falling, is INSTANT DEATH, so don't get surprised that going too close to the bottom cuts off your fancy flying. The city itself is like if Ancient Rome met the future, with glowing lines on floating marble columns. But, that's kind of expected from these kinds of adventures. If you didn't meet a technologically advanced civilization's city who looked like an ancient culture, it's clearly gone wrong.*

*No, the unexpected bit was that the city was actually occupied by actual sapient creatures. Dwarves, to be precise. They were singing some tune about digging holes that you so rudely interrupted with your existence, further removing what was left of the mostly-hollowed mountain. And it is PACKED. Wall-to-wall dwarves, armed with pickaxes, war axes, battleaxes, hammers, torches, dynamite, and even atomic disassemblers.*

Leader Dwarf: WHO DARES TO INTERRUPT OUR DIGGING AND SINGING?! BROTHERS OF THE MINE...BURN THEM!!!

*They ALL rush at you, every last one. Except the ones with Dynamite. They just throw that at you instead, like logic kind of dictates.*
