Yeah, looking at it, it appears that one point of the touch screen is pressed down too hard, and it kind of wrecks using the circle pad and the D-pad. Not sure if it's repairable...
Looks like I'll be making a trip to Gamestop in the morning either way.

Meh, I've been looking for an 3DSXL for a while-if it's not repairable I'll take the excuse, sell a few games I basically never play, and grab that.
