I don't know, HI. You'll use your Sono Ring when you need to manipulate sound for stealth or for combat purposes-think of it as the ability to run while being unheard completely, or sending a bone-shattering frequency at foes. The Mind Ring can be used for Telekinesis (moving objects), Telepathy (talking to others with your mind), and Mind reading, so if you need those, that'll be it.

You could be a really awesome Stealth hero if you used those two rings right.

And if you mean Magic as in a completely inexplicable power, then yes. All power must have a source. All of it. It could include oneself, of course...However, I assure you there is a powerful scientific base going on with what we call 'magic' back at home, studying the c**p out of it.P
