...Hrm, you know, I just thought of something scary, Sivelos. On our enemies, I mean. I'm not entirely sure you want to hear it, though.

You understand how Elder Souls are strong, right? Like, if QUAKE was properly thinking I think he could easily hand us our a**es raw. Which makes me wonder...Are they holding back intentionally to lull us into a false sense of security? Even Dark Chaos seemed to be much easier than he was before, considering I had to use a SALUBRITY FRANKINCENSE before the fight was over, implying he was stronger naturally...And I was going all Dark Writ on his a**. But here, he was killed off by some somewhat-better trained Canon fodder for the most part...

I'm concerned that they're holding back some cards, Sivelos. Granted, I'm sure we can counter it when the problem arises, but it's still one heck of a thought, to know that they may just not be going all-out on us...And consider that we both die at least twice in most fights one way or another-my many selves count for my respawns, unfortunately, and they don't all survive every fight...

I agree, actually. D.C. was definitely holding back. I created him, so I know what he's truly capable of, and it's scary. Chaos himself has a very wide range of skills, techs, and normal attacks, making him capable of fighting any opponent. And in his case, winning. D.C. inherited most of that library, making him unpredictable. L.C. got some of those attacks, I think. But since his attack is piss poor compared to D.C., I don't think it'll do much. Also, you know how high D.C.'s offenses are? Insanely high. Like... Off the charts and into space high. He's a big Glass Cannon (at least in his perspective, his defenses are above average, but compared to his offenses...), after all.

I was almost certain of that much, considering I fought him personally. But now that we're onto the perceived bluff...Well, we're better prepared for when the s**t hits the fan.

Make sure WE make THEM break their own bluff on OUR terms if we can, not while we're in a trap or something.

Hm. Well, they have The King, and if they manage to control that BEAST... Then they might not be.

I think The King is immune to mind control. So, it's highly unlikely, but it's highly unlikely they'll NEED to control it either. Just set it off where we are...
