Whee.

*waves hand dismissively* Whatever, consult with Tazz. He probably knows more than I do. Anyway, are we going in, or what? *gestures to the Dimensional Hole to The Garden of Oblivion*
wind is better tbh
If you were born in the void we're thinking of, you'd be the Black's Wraithguard.
Which would honestly explain a lot.
But, I know you well enough to know that is not what you're thinking of.

*The area you now stand in is appalling to you. It is entirely monochrome, everything being varying shades of gre/ay or black. It seems like any natural area on Earth, overgrown like a forest, yet sophisticated like a park. The sky is dark and there are no visible clouds or suns. Behind the Dimensional Hole is an obsidian beach. The water is black as well, yet for some reason, your gut tells you that you don't want to go swimming in that water. If it's even water. The Black Water seems calm for the most part, washing in and out like a normal beach, but staying flat like a mirror. There are some areas in which the water is churning, even forming holes falling into god knows where. The churning seems to happen more frequently around the Elder Souls. It seems you are on a solitary island in the middle of this endless Black Ocean. There is absolutely no noise, and everything is still. There is not even a hint of a breeze in the air. Over the trees, you can spot a hill overlooking a nearby gulf. If one were to spend time here, they would truly learn the meaning of 'Alone.' There seems to be small ruins dotted here and there, but no other artificial structures can be seen.*
Still as eerie as ever. By the way, don't touch that water. You'll regret it.
