Bosses are immune to automatic oneshot attacks as an automatic rule! Of course, he takes the huge DoT instead but narrowly lives-leaving DC wide open for his own attack. Justice grunts rather angrily; he hates being consistently brought down this low.*

*The sun itself rushes towards poor Dark Chaos, as he's sucked into the very core of the sun, taking hideously wrong, supereffective Light Damage DoT all the while, until he hits the core. The sun then returns to it's usual spot, then EXPLODES in a hyper-violent supernova, which does even MORE hideous Light Damage in a single shot, dispersing the Hurricane and sending the sucker down to earth with 1 hit point and unable to act! Dark Chaos has SALUBRITY FRANKINSENSE but NOT SPUNK MYRRH, the latter being needed to activate the former, so he'll die in ONE attack! he's also back on the ground in the AntIvOId base, LITERALLY outside of Silveos'es doorstep, and paralyzed. He's in an utterly wretched state and is unable to attack.*
