As it happens, I rented off the island chain we live on to Neo Emolga explicitly for the purpose of releasing it as part of an awesome game, so...

Yeah. That's what you turn into if you catch Pika-Flu. Fortunately, if you don't catch it, the disease dies out in a few weeks so even if everyone else is a Pikachu, you won't be.
