Everyone already could, man. You just made your ability to reality warp by-hand. I sat on a hill that just-so-happened to grant power for several years, RK possesses an incredibly powerful Divine Spark and is a reality-warper by NATURE, S2 got it as a class feature, Drago PROBABLY did it at some point what with all the dissipation and reconstitution...You get the idea. Everyone had it already, man.

In all truth, if as equals, a reality warper versus another reality warper will leave both without their typical powers-it is nigh impossible to alter a warp when counter-warping is fast, easy and painless. Unfortunately, our major foes have yet to show a lack of such abilities...
