You've now got the materials for a DEE and are about to leave this mostly-magma planet with little fuss.*

*On the way back, it was discovered that Silveos was killed because, due to overuse of the magical effects of the Knowledge and Bastion rings, they depowered mid-fight and must be recharged. In fact, this is the case for all the rings. They're currently being fixed on-board, which is where the team is.*

...So...We've got that big blackout zone to traverse next. There's really no way around it, we're not sensing energy spikes for the rest of the way-if there are more Elder Souls, they'll be in the blackout.

???: The last time a direct armageddon plot was ever used in existence, those behind it used a plan that prevented the Oblivion Lord from retreating the void from creation. However, this was a precaution to simply killing the Oblivion Lord AND his Inheritor. You have to kill both-otherwise the Inheritor just gets the Oblivion Lord's powers. The plan was flawless-divine intervention made it fail. If the theory of the Universe having an 'AI' is any bit true, it may have 'adapted' to prevent our previous backup...

So killing the Oblivion Lord IS the only option. Yes.

???: I do not know why, but the reasoning behind your return-and the return of Krathlos and LE, as well as myself-is the same. If I've got it correct, anyone who ever had a grudge against existence at any point is now back in action, twelve times stronger than I recall...Anyone with a reason to kill the Oblivion Lord is back. Or anyone who ever had one-some used to, but changed their minds.
