*a tall figure stands at the edge of the platform. It is around 7 feet tall. His aura is so incredibly thick that it's hard to tell what he looks like, but what you can tell is this. His armor seems to have fused with his skin, giving him a carapaced look. He seems to be very bulky and well built. His aura is a blinding white, while his body, from what you can tell, is a very light silver. He has a skull-like head with two large upwards-pointing horns. His eyes pierce his aura, and they are a pale sky blue. ...Also, hi Sciz.*


???: Good-den. I am afraid I cannot allow to harm these individuals... It would be quite disconcerting. Now begone, before I silence you. *nods towards the Dark Writs and Niddy*

... *staring at the being with what looks like pure terror*

(BUT...THIS DEUS-EX-MACHINA WILL NOT STAND!...Or this thing highly resembling a Deus-Ex-Machina! BUT WHATEVER IT IS DIEDIEDIEDIE!)

*The Narrator facepalms and then crobars Sivelos for a small sum of damage, before the Bronze Elder Soul awakens and, almost reflexively, insta-stabs Mr. Question Marks Tres through the head with the Bronze Zweihander, sans warning. You could TELL the guy tried to do something to the sword, judging from the arm posture, but it horribly failed and it penetrated the armor. And face. And skull. And brain. and skull, and back of head, and armor again. Yep. SAVAGE UPBRAID! ONE-HIT KILL!*

*...Yep. Apparently the high-power entity approaching him made him wake up, in QUITE a panic. Unfortunately, yes, it's really dead-he hit for a SAVAGE UPBRAID, a 100x damage multiplier. It's like a BRUTAL AFFRONT (25x damage multiplier) on steroids, which is a critical hit (2x) on steroids. Regular critical hits ignore half of the relevant defensive stat on hit as well as boosts to said stat, and doubly so with BRUTAL AFFRONTS, and even more doubly so with SAVAGE UPBRAIDS-which means only 1/8th of the defense stat was taken into account on top of that. So, in short, this highly 'inconvenient' SAVAGE UPBRAID instantly killed the f***er without so much as a word. He slumps over, dead. He'll L00T$PL0D3 later.*

The Bronze Elder Soul:...Please tell me he wasn't on our side...

*Nidhogg, just above you still, telepathically nails TBES in the head, KO'ing him again. It's only ONE of the now two Nidhogg, by the by.*

*Then, as if to make sure that whoever it was definitely WASN'T a contender for his power, he stops holding that back with the minimal concentration required and overwhelms the lot of you with a similar effect to Mr. Question Marks Tres. NOW you know what EXACTLY Cap Level means. And this is just ONE of the worms.*

*Nidhogg telekinetically sends Sivelos to the stars, the edge of the Dungeon's Gravity, intending to take you out of the fight for a round...In the process, you reach the edge of-and pass-the massive Blackout zone, into a small spot where everything's OK....*

*Your Knowledge ring springs to life in it's Omniscience with a small tidbit before you fall back down: "Nidhogg breathes the very space through the pores on his skin. It-"*

*You hear no more of it as you re-enter the Blackout Zone as you contemplate why the Knowledge ring found reason in telling you that.*

*SIVELOS gets up. He dusts himself off* Mr. Bronze, he was never there at all. Whatever that power was, it passed by the dungeon and is long gone. In fact, that whole entrance was never canon at all. And yeah, I probably deserved that.

(I'M THE AUTHOR AND JUST SAID YOUR POST WAS CANON!...And TBES is unconscious again. And you're deep in outer space! You'll need to get down, which will be next post. Don't worry too much!)

*You can clearly see the Tazzes attempt to subdue Nidhogg from where you are as you fall back down, making the Ice walls to protect from Nidhogg's pore-based acid barrages.*

Wait... Can't I just... *SIVELOS uses TECH: NOVA BOMB, level 4503! An orb made of various solar gases is launched right into one of Niddy's pores. It proceeds to explode in a burst of solar radiation and fury, inflicting Radiation and Burn.*

*Nidhogg...Does not take damage at all and doesn't even notice. That carapace is still hard as hell, and his pores are made of that carapace!*

*You and the Knowledge ring get another idea: Suffocation. Clog the pores, somehow, which will make Nidhogg die of asphyxiation. Due to the Knowledge Ring in it's non-Blackout, Omniscient state mentioning it, it might be how to actually kill it without a doubling up effect.*

Hm... *SIVELOS uses TECH: PASTE OF THE GORILLA GOD, level 9999!!! A large blob of gunk gets itself stuck in one of Niddy's pores, and hardens almost instantaneously. It is now completely indestructible.*
