These engulf the Ninjas, silencing them and applying a -3 stat debuff across the board. The phantom waits for the haze to inflict pain, browsing through its grimoire. "Damn, that was my last Ominous Fluctuation spell." It realized. It proceeded to grumble how Tazz and the gang couldn't even settle such twerp ninjas on their own and grumbled how it just wasted a very good spell.
