Pokémon Duel to Cease Operations

I actually got my hands on the Misty figure a few years ago. It was intreging and cool to me that somebody at Pokemon recognize Misty from her in-game design rather then her anime one. So I figure it would be cool to get that figure if the chance ever came up (at a reasonable price). It is a pretty cool figure and sits on my desk along with all my other mini-figures.


It is disappointing to see. Your Duel articles were always cool and unique to have on the site.

Y'all can see it in the TCG article I wrote a while back but I have the Charizard figure. Not particularly rare or anything but given I actually use Charizard in Duel it was quite the funny coincidence.

Yeah I think I'll draft up a few more Duel figure reviews before the game completely dies out. That way if anyone wants to try out some of the free figures they can get, they know some options.

This thread's really bringing out my obsession with Hoenn-era merchandise, even though it's about Pokémon Duel. XD

Yeah I actually did an article last month on the TFG and Duel if you want to read that. Either way while I’m really sad it is kinda nice to finally have Mega Charizard X and Y. I was never able to get them until now and it’s adding a nice flavor to the game. Also got a land form Shaymin to match my sky form Shaymin after so many years.

I just read the article, it was a really interesting look at the TFG, which is one of the parts of the franchise I'm really fascinated by. The Seviper and Croconaw you have in the picture of the 3rd set are 2 of the figures I own, but I feel like they're lower quality knock offs (Seviper especially; it's loose from the base because the glue isn't holding it).

Aw that's so cool, I've never seen a TFG trainer figure in the flesh. And you're definitely right about the figures being pretty good quality; they're so dynamic and in poses way more interesting than what we see in more modern official merchandise. :D

I grabbed a lot of what I wanted from the start of this endgame event. So if you run into an issue where any you'd like to feature and you don't have it let me know! I'll be sure to pick it up! Meanwhile I'll grab what I feel fit. xD
