Shadow Pokemon and Team GO Rocket members are everywhere!

Following the ending of the countdown and the subsequent livestream, an event has swept the globe similar to the dinner or lunch hour raid events of the past. As part of the Team GO Rocket Invasion happening in Pokémon GO, Niantic have announced that, from 4pm to 5pm local time today, all local Poké Stops will be overrun by Team GO Rocket and there are some reports that Team GO Rocket will be photobombing all photos in your game which will result in a spawn of Meowth. In addition, four new shinies are available through catching Shadow Pokémon. These are Koffing, Sneasal, Ekans, and Zubat.
While this event has transpired in many parts of the world already, the time has not passed yet for everyone so if you have the chance get out and GO beat Team GO Rocket!
