I wonder if I'm doing this wrong - should I be roleplaying as Lillian in this thread? I'm always on my phone so I cant easily find or put in the cute little pictures people use to show character voice, but i'm sure I could do something else! Since we've been asked to limit our dialogue to just a few lines in the main action thread, should most of our roleplaying be done here? Or should I keep using the thread like an organisational hub?
I just get the feeling i'm playing the game the wrong way somehow! Maybe if I treat it more like an RP story than a meta puzzle requiring teamwork, it'll work out nicely?

You can totally do it either way. I think we started doing that but kind of drifted off. XD

I'd love a more concrete answer than this, since we've been told to cut back on the RP.

Should we prioritize taking actions that benefit our win-condition, or that are in-character for our Pokemon avatars?

Nah, I didn't say cut back on the RP, just with the number of side questions during an NPC interview. And that's mainly just because it takes a long time to answer all those, not because we didn't like the RP element of it. Asking a couple questions is okay.

Also, wouldn't trying to aim for both of those at the same time be the best choice?

Ye I wouldn't worry about RPing if you can't. We tend to flip flop back and forth between doing it and not doing it. I, for example, only do it when I'm on my computer because it's easier to pull up the pics that way. Otherwise, I'll do what I'm doing right now because it's easier. So there's no pressure to RP if you can't. But if you want to keep RPing then go for it! Just up to you.
