Buying any and all items are all free actions. :) Then learning Forge & Forging is one combined action. You can take anything from the inventory for free as well, as listed in the rules.

So, you could definitely do all of the following in one turn:
- Take $SP$ from the group wallet
- Buy anything you like (multiples, etc)
- Equip anything you like
- Put any item back into the Team Inventory
- Learn Forge & Use Forge.
- Put anything you forge back in the Team Inventory.

The only thing you can't do is equip other players with items, or feed them items like healing berries. But, if you put anything you like in the team inventory, Lychee can get it on her turn for free. :)
