If we assassinate civilians do we get any of the items they have in their possession or would killing an innocent solely increase the doom tracker? There's nothing about it in the rules since I don't think it's ever been brought to the table before so I want to know what the results would be since it's come up for discussion.

Technically you would get the item, but if they're not a Stalker, that would bump up the doom counter as well. I don't want to drop spoilers, but it could also affect other things in a not-very-good way.

Sorry to bother ya again but I didn't see anything in the rules about this either (unless I missed it which is probable) and Lillian I believe was rescued in the same cycle she was captured in so. If Madder gets rescued next cycle can he still submit an action for the cycle (provided he has the health for it) or is that a no go?

You totally can, and I'll make an exception with regards to the timer as that may not get addressed before that runs out.

About the Spread the Word side quest does everyone that helped with the side quest get the reward ( one each of this Reward: A Weapon, an Orb ) or does the one that finishes that quest get the reward ?

i hope everyone that participates in the side quest receives one each of the Reward: A Weapon, & an Orb per person

Only one weapon and one orb for the whole team. Not five weapons and five orbs.

Are 33 and 30a the same area somehow?
They both have the same requirements, and a very similar description.
Just double checking its not a typo (coz i've heard there are a LOT of spreadsheets and info backstage) and that we do indeed have multiple places to put a crown and stick.

Yeah, I referenced wrong carving, I'll fix that.

EDIT: All fixed! Yeah, two carvings at two lakes... I got a little tripped on that too.

If a pokemon is revived, do they get an action that cycle, or do they have to wait a turn before they can move again?

You definitely get an action, timer be damned. Same goes for anyone getting rescued. I understand I might be going a bit slow, but the delay between the cycle starting and me addressing the rescue or revival shouldn't cost you the action you're entitled to that cycle.
