Nope! You just need to buy them or get them once and they're yours for good.

Also, blueprints you own are listed on Post #3 in the Item Directory.

Nah, you can choose that for DracoBolt right away if that's the one you want to go with. Just let me know and I'll update the character profile with that.

Can we learn more than 1 Skill/Perk at a time or if we learned a new Skill/Punk will it replace the previous Skill/Perk ?

Sorry, but the perk you choose when you sign up is the one you stick with for the game. You can learn two Abilities, but once you learn two, they stick with you for the rest of the game and can't be overwritten.

Yeah, but those items are single use items that behave as if you were using the perk. They don't replace the perk you started off with.

I sent you a VM, but I'll spell it out here as well in case others have the same question.

Those NPCs have a Perk, but they don't teach it like Abilities get taught. To get them to use those Perks, you need to have the Escort/Protect Ability (the Perk use is involved with the Escort part of the ability, which is only active during the Day Cycles). But yeah, using Escort on them allows you to take advantage of that NPC's size characteristics, type characteristics, or a Perk they might have and gets them to use those for you. So for example, if it was the Day Cycle and you wanted to Remnashi the Lombre to use his Security Perk on something like {Locked Safe: <Security>}, you would use Escort on him, and then target the {Locked Safe: <Security>} and say you'd like for him to use his Security Perk on that safe. Here's a perfect example of how Escort was used on Rei to have her Ice-Type characteristic on the {Magical Forcefield: +Ice Type+} barrier. But it works the same way with Perks.

But yeah, once you choose a Perk when you sign up and make your character, you stick with that for the duration of the Season. That Perk can't be changed or forgotten. If there's a barrier or task you need a Perk for and you don't happen to have it, that's where you need to coordinate with your teammates to get someone else to address it, or find ways to circumvent that, such as using Escort. A third option is as you highlighted, buying [P: Lockpicking Tools] as a one-time use of Security, but that does cost money and you may want this to be a last resort kind of thing considering having another player with the Security Perk use Security or having another player use Escort is free and doesn't cost anything. But yeah, there's multiple ways of getting past obstacles like this.

When we do a friendly battle with a splinters wager, don't we get our money back plus the same amount again if we win? And if we lose, we outright lose our splinters?

Ah yeah, I checked and you're right, she mentioned that during the unlocking of battling, but I didn't see it added to the rules so I totally forgot about it. That's why I haven't been following along with it. I thought you were doing that as an in‐character reaction. XD

I'll make that adjustment when I can, I'm on my phone at the moment. Geez, between Meela-Tey, Bixas, and now Holly, you're due for a heck of a lot of cash. XD

Unless this info isn't correct -> Wager: You can also wager $Splinters$, which will give you an extra reward. Whatever you offer up will be doubled if you win, in addition to what you would have earned without wagering. For instance, if you offered $25 SP$ and you win, you will get back $50 SP$ in addition to whatever the civilian was originally going to give you for winning. However, if you wager $Splinters$ and lose, you will have to pay the victor what you wagered. You cannot wager $SP$ that you do not have in your own personal inventory.

you should receive the $SP wager back in your inventory ( but I'm not sure )

Edit: @Neo Emolga posted before I could also Neo i was wondering what would be a good second ability for DracoBolt ?

    Escort/Protect
    Rescue/Escape
    Investigate
    Clairvoyance
    Scavenging
    or something else
