Following Orolaph's lead that something horrendous was going on in Unit 13, you decide to head to the second floor of the Rusty Shine Units, wondering exactly what the Stalkers have been up to in here.
Before deciding to check Unit 13, you decide to search throughout the entire floor, making sure nothing is neglected or overlooked. Easily, most of the Rusty Shine building is in terrible condition, and this floor is definitely not an exception. Peeling paint off the crumbling brick walls, holes in the floor and ceiling, rotting wood, and rusting metal are more common than their well-maintained counterparts. Debris is also plentiful on the floor, and it includes everything from paint chips, dust, wood splinters, and neglected trash. Not the place you'd really want to live in, but it's cheap. That's really its major selling point, but you tend to think there's a limit on how far that benefit will outweigh everything else that's going on.
Most of the units don't seem suspicious. Almost all the Pokémon living here don't have much in the ways of belongings and wealth. You figure if they did, they wouldn't be living here despite how frugal any Pokémon could possibly be. In any case, there's a lot of worn-down furniture, spoiled paper, corroded walls and ceilings, and dirty carpets and floors with tiny pieces of wood and paint everywhere. You imagine it would take years of working nonstop to vacuum this place clean.
After checking everything else, you then come across Unit 13. Unit 12 belongs to Effentine the Grookey, and while you were searching her unit, you recalled hearing the suspicious scratching on the walls. You imagine she might not be dealing well with that either. Meanwhile, Unit 14 on the other side had the same issue coming from the other wall. While Unit 14 continues to be empty and devoid of anything but more debris and dirt, you wonder about its neighbor.
You then decide to enter and try to prepare yourself for anything. As you sensed, the door isn't locked and it easily swings open with a creek. Inside, the room is completely pitch black, but even in the pure, absolute darkness, you feel like something is h̷̥̪̯͍̞̝͑̉̕̕͜ͅḀ̶̣͉͉͖͍͓̤̜̞̙͕͔̀̇͘ů̷̻͉̟̮͉͙̋̂͜n̴̑̊͒͝ ̻̼̮̪̥̠̝͓̈́͋̋͆̍͗̈́̅͘͠Ṭ̷̥̩̈́̉̽͘̕͝i̵̟̳̟̮̙̟̝͚̳̥̠̎̃͊̏̐̚ͅn ̵̧̨͈̺̞̹̗̣͉̰̙̈̎̎G̶̯̪͉̹͎͍̮͍̟͌͊͑͛̏̓́̔͑̓̕ ̷͈̤̹͇̯͚̟̣̗͖͈̆͋͌̅͊̂̅̓͑ͅỴ̶̧̧̪͉̰͕͇̤͙͇̥̮̓̄͝ͅő̸͇̯͂̌̅̍ ̡͎̰̟̖͈Ǘ̷͓̩͉͉͎͈̀̍̂̔̊́̃̌̕͝͝.

You get the feeling maybe this isn't a good idea, and you can see why Orolaph ran away from here screaming and never wanted to look back. But in trying to find something to see with, you enter into the p̶̹̟̒̆̐î̷̼͎̦t̶̟̊̽c̶̥̜̲͋h̶̟̝̎-̴̢̖̂̍̌b̵̬̌͛́l̴̲̝̿̈́̐a̶͓̎̒c̷̣̭̀ḵ̸̊ ̵̖͖̀͠r̶̛͈̥ő̸̥̻͝ơ̶̰͉m̷͖͍͗͛͠ and try to feel around for a light switch. And then suddenly, slick, sticky fluid. And then what feels like trenches cut into the walls. It gives you an unsettling feeling, and the whole time, you feel like s̷͍̄̉͑o̸͕̬̤̓̄̌m̶̹͛͘e̴͎̅ṯ̶̪͗̾͘h̶̯̝̊͊i̴̖̭͠n̷̦̝͍̆͌͛g ̴̞̗͛̌̿ ̴̨̡̤̐̔ḭ̵̹͘s̵̝̖̮̈́ ̴͖́̏̍i̸̯͉̊n̶͎̤̕͘ ̶̣͙͈̉t̸̺̾̀̐ḧ̷̨̛́e̴̻͒̓̇ŗ̸̹̑͑é̶̮̫͙̍͘ ̸̛̠͗̐w̵̩͆͋i̵̲̘͐͋t̶̨̳͉͒̾h̷̡̟̻̅̊ ̵̞̂̿̊y̶͉͘ö̴̢͙́u̸͆ͅ.̵̻͚̑͆.̵̜̪͈̄̀.̴̙̱̻̅
You hear the scratching coming from the other side of the room. But then, from above as well. But you keep thinking there has to be something here to turn on the lights. Orolaph had to have found something to do that. After almost another whole minute of frantic pawing at the walls, at long last, you find the button that turns on the lights.
You flick it on and a dim, m̴͕͚̌̓e̵̥̠̙͋l̵̼͆ấ̶̖̤̪ǹ̷̟̠̖c̴͍̻̆ḣ̴̼̬͕o̵͔͂̚͘l̶̐́ ͙̟ỹ̴̨͖̙ illumination fills the room. You immediately see you've been pawing at a blood brick wall this whole time with deranged scrawl painted and ripped into the bricks themselves. It looks absolutely atrocious, but in getting caught up with the sudden mesmerized feeling, you turn around to see what the rest of the room looks like...
Scrawl. Blood, scrawl, and nightmarish abominations in the form of macabre writing and blood splatter are all around you. Above you. Below you.

You're not sure how long you were screaming for. You shake and quiver, feeling like nothing else matters. The sudden mind cancer envelops your pure, childhood imagination, and suddenly it feels like ç̶̲̤̈̆̔̍̀͊͌ö̶̳͉̲́̂̿̀͐́̎̾ř̵̥̾͆̾r̷̛͈̹̬̮̪̾͂͌̒͛̍û̵́ ̰̻̤̜̓p̶̡̗̐̃̐t̵̻̱̥̰͈̎́̂̉̎i̴̹̊̍͊͋̓̚ö̶̱͍̘̝́̐́n̴̨͖͓̭̦̽ ͅ is all you've ever known.

=Bloody Wall Scrawling= was noted in the Team Records.
Right now, part of you wouldn't be upset if you were to d̶̰̫͕̳͙̈̃̂i̵̳̦̖͉̞͗̀̔͝ḙ̶̳̖͈͐̏́͘ right about now and just be taken away from this place.
But you drive yourself to search, and among one of the slick, bloody pools on the floor, you find a light brown patch of skin that seems to radiate with a strong feeling of d̵̳̼̀͐̕r̸̺͐͆̎e̴̢̞̬͑̌a̷̪͌ͅd̸̹̍̏ ̴̥̮͚͆͋̽ḁ̷̭̟̝̬͆̽̅̎n̴̗̼͕͆̌ḑ̶̢̘̀̈́ ̵̡̦̰̪͍̔̓̀m̴̨͕̝̰̱̅̍̽i̴̢̢̒̀̐͠s̵̹͈͗e̵͖̔̕͠ȓ̴̲̔͑̎̈́ỹ̸͗ ̡̗͌. While no one in their right mind would touch such a thing, you have a feeling this piece of flesh bears some connection with the Stalkers, so you decide to take it.
[Taupe Skin Patch] was added to the Team Inventory.
Once you are convinced there's nothing left in this apartment unit for you to find, you head out, believing you too might just never come back to this place.
And yet despite your searches, you never did find the source of that scratching...
