By my calculations, since this is a rift we have crossed into the multiverse. Therefore he can only teleport within the limits of this rift which acts as a separate universe that is a crossroads between places. These "places" being other Universes...

((Long story short, MACHOKARP isn't bulls**ting those lines. Those last lines are basically the shortest description of his powers possible-not including the time-based ones he has, like Time-Travel. IF LE does break expectation (Read: I get a LE avatar), what MACHOKARP said would happen WILL happen so he doesn't break the rules. :P))
