I am allowed to roam free when I am not on duty. Master wishes me to 'scope out territory,' or something along those lines.

Because of the limitations, set by the Kaioshins, we're not allowed to roam the mortal world, only for missions, duties, or those twenty-four hours my lord has promised us.
