*deeper voice* Oh please, we always break the fourth wall and travel to completely different places. I'm pretty sure we can travel to a different Earth.

*normal voice* Yeah but I'm a bit attached to this place!

According to one of your more tolerable selves, this is a rift between dimensions. It just happens to look like Earth, smell like Earth, feel like Earth, have the same geological and natural processes as Earth.
