I use whatever works at the moment. Telepathy seems to work best, but I use a phone when I'm on Earth, or here.

It's useful, that I know. It's sometimes not as cool as you would think... If I happen to try and talk to someone, I can sometimes hear what they were thinking.... Not exactly fun....
