I would get WiFi from the bottom of the ocean and call for help. Seriously though, i would say: a reusable jug filled with clean water, A bow with some arrows (So i could hunt for food, It would be far more long term to bring something to gather food with than some piece of food that will last me a day) and a first aid kit with bandages rubbing alcohol and antibiotics. Wouldn't want to get an infection in the middle of nowhere.
