I would like to, but internet being an issue for me personally right now, my vote may not count for much.

No worries, plenty of times people have participated in various amounts whether they were heavily into it and leading team discussions or just providing support (there's plenty of ways someone low on time can still help the team along). And some people stay for the first half or come along in the second half and things tend to work just fine for the most part.
