New Pokemon sets are coming this summer for Japan!
Plenty of new cards and sets are going to be release in Japan this summer! These new sets promise to bring you Pokemon from the towering sky while others will have strong bonds of unity.
‘Sky Stream’ and ‘Towering Perfection’

This summer’s main set will be another pair of dual sets called ‘Sky Stream’ and ‘Towering Perfection’. This set will feature the Battle Styles mechanic with their featured Pokemon. You can expect ‘Sky Steam’ to feature Rayquaza V/VMAX as a Rapid Strike Pokemon. Meanwhile, you will see Duraludon V/VMAX as a Single Strike Pokemon in Towering Perfection.
‘Sky Stream’ and ‘Towering Perfection’ will be release in Japan on July 9th. There is no word on when these sets will be release in English. It is expected this ‘Sky Stream’ and ‘Towering Perfection’ will be combined to be release a single set in August or September.
V-Union Bundles


Japan will see the debut of the V-Union mechanic soon in the TCG. They will see this with the release of a ‘Mewtwo V-Union Bundle’, ‘Greninja V-Union Bundle’, and ‘Zacian V-Union Bundle’.
There is not much known about the V-Union mechanic. What we do know is that this bundle will feature a promo Supporter card that promises to support V-Union cards.
The ‘Mewtwo V-Union Bundle’, ‘Greninja V-Union Bundle’, and ‘Zacian V-Union Bundle’ will be release in Japan on July 30th.
