It's weird. To me it's been so unbelievably dry and warm I've had my first ever bloody nose from it. I've been sweating so bad throughout the day myself. It's been far too hot here.

    Geez, that sounds awful.

Yeah, for me, I don't like humidity, either. I can get through a summer day if there's a nice breeze, but if the heat is stagnant and dry, that's brutal. But overall, between the two, I just find it easier to deal with colder temperatures as opposed to hot temperatures.

Yeah if I had the chance to move somewhere cooler. I'd jump on that if the situation given was worth it. I can honestly say if you don't like heat or humidity. Do not move anywhere down further south. It's just awful here. This coming Wednesday here it's supposed to be 79F here. I hate it =n=

79F!? That's crazy. We get that in the middle of July.

Yeah, to me, endless summer heat would be torture. You said it best, I think I'd get sick of it, too.

Nature has given me a beautiful gift this year. Here's what I found outside my house.

Well, better outside the house than inside the house. :P

We get the house centipedes with the really long legs. Those are definitely very fast buggers. You'd think they had jetpacks on their backs or something. xD

I haven't seen many of those inside my house. Only one once. Needless to say I got rid of it soon as I could. xD

Main thing I've had to deal with inside this house it spiders. Ugh, the creepy looking ones at that and I hate it. Living with that has kinda made me startled by them. Even though I didn't used to have that fear of them. It just kinda developed.

I definitely don't have arachnophobia like some people I know. I remember at work there was a spider dangling down from the ceiling and the administrative assistant was absolutely terrified by it. It was practically silly to me. xD

I mean if it was a black widow or a brown recluse, sure, you don't want to get bitten by those, but this was just an everyday bitty little spider.

It depends on the situation here. It's mostly a lot of the smaller ones here that like to jump around. Those tend to get me.......a little. xD

I mean in the worst cases like black widows and brown recluse spiders, you could use something like a fly swatter to take them out from a safe distance. Sometimes we get crickets in the basement and that's a pretty effective way to take them out because they jump like crazy if you get close (so grabbing them with a paper towel isn't nearly as effective).

Only drawback is cleaning up the mess. It can get a bit gross. xD
