What do you guys mean by transferring your Pokemon over? If you mean by PokeTransporter, it still works. The Pokemon-mover thing in BW/BW2 still works. It's only affecting Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, not Nintendo Network.

The PokeTransporter in BW/BW2 works without Wi-Fi. You just need a second DS.

The termination affects elements of the games that use Wi-Fi, but nothing else. You can still battle and trade Pokemon between versions (although not online), send Pokemon to Pokemon Ranch and migrate Pokemon from the 3rd to the 4th to the 5th to the 6th generation games.
