What happened when you had Compensator Level 3 taken off from Pacification was you had to repay five backup lineup stages, which resembles the five stages you got when you first bought it! If you want those back, you just need to get any combination of 8 Coins and/or EXP to buy Compensator Level 3 again!

Easy cheesy, and you have 4 Coins and 1 EXP right now. Just need 3 more of any of those and it's all yours!
