Backstory

Upenstoop was always into weird, stupid things. He would invent weird fads, really latch onto them, and then the next day, he wouldn't really care for them anymore. So whether he was gluing magnets to toilets, making newspaper kites, and using forks to scale walls made of sponges, there was always something weird he was into.

COOKIE MONGER showed itself to Upenstoop.

Could Cookie Monger get Upenstoop to adore cookies? Well sure, if that hadn't already been an obsession of Upenstoops! See, Upenstoop used to be obsessed with cookies, but like a dead fad, he gave them up entirely. But Cookie Monger saw this as a new challenge. He wanted to have cookies be the one fad that Upenstoop would return to where all others had failed.

How Cookie Monger twisted Upenstoop's expectation

It's a constant struggle, but Cookie Monger is winning against Upenstoop. Like a bad mentor torturing his student. Upenstoop has yet to completely surrender, complaining that cookies are just "boring" to him, but Cookie Monger refuses to give up and the war rages on!

Mayhem process and signature

COOKIES! Cookie Monger will always turn a victim into a giant sugar cookie. Delicious but morbid.

Cookie Monger's Squawker Route

Cookie Monger's Route is all based on decoding the message all the way at the end, but to do that, they're going to need three separate decoders, and the only way to do that is by eating cookies found at various locations.

Ultimately, the message is this:

THE JOY OF COOKIES, THE LOVE OF THEIR CRUNCH AND THE ADMIRATION OF THE FLAVOR, TRULY THERE IS NO GREATER FEELING.

Backstory

Napkin used to never really care too much for anything. Somewhat mundane, same crap, different day, very often Napkin was really bored and for the longest time, it felt like the only things to do in life were just lame and not very interesting.

AL showed itself to Napkin.

Al met up with Napkin as an Impulser and told him he could help him find life interesting again. Napkin, somewhat doubtful about the whole idea but bored enough to go along with it anyway, decided to just agree and see what happens.

How Al twisted Napkin's expectation

Al decided it was time to get Napkin interested in games again. Obsessed with games! So many nonsense games that he developed split personality disorder and became psychotic over silly, nonsense games.

Al makes Napkin turn victims into Pokémon TCG cards.

Al's Squawker Route

Al is essentially the Routeless Squawker this time, similar to how Yandil was last Season.

Every now and then, Get Chatty interviews will reveal clues about Al, but they'll always refer to things that Al/Napkin aren't, such as "Al ain't a freakin' Rock type" or "Al ain't ever gonna learn Dragon Claw" and things of that nature. Anything that a Meowstic can't do or doesn't have. It essentially turns the list of civilians and suspects into a "Guess who?" game where the players have to rule out who Al is by following the clues. Won't be easy, but if they pay attention, they'll eventually get it.

Al also has several puzzles that reveal somewhat stronger clues about him. Meanwhile, buying flavored fortune cookies will also give clues about Al.

Backstory

Sibby used to be like Grumpy Cat. Never having fun, never enjoying much, often irritable and sarcastic, and even making her hobby making crochets of infuriated but cute Pokémon. She had a hard time making friends and overall things just remained bleak and unhappy.

KANDY SLAPPP showed itself to Sibby.

Kandy Slappp came to Sibby and told her she could totally make her happy and be thrilled again. Sibby, naturally doubtful, told Kandy there was no chance of that ever happening. But Kandy Slappp insisted, and Sibby, really getting tired of it, told her to "prove it."

How Kandy Slappp twisted Sibby's expectation

Well, Kandy Slappp turned Sibby into a total fruitcake and now she's hiding secret obsessions of living everything cute, sweet, and giddy. And she's big a major vice in causing most of the mayhem that has befallen Booplesnoot. Not only is Sibby being used as a puppet to transform Booplesnoot's buildings and parks, but now she's targeting Pokémon as well!

Kandy Slappp turns victims into candy mosaics. And they're tasty and super cute as well! Eating is not recommended, though.

Kandy Slappp's Squawker Route



Kandy Slappp is without a doubt the hardest Squawker because all of her key items are rigged with massive Belly and Cuteness-inducing traps and big chunks of her route are complicated, tough, and carry even more hazards. Meanwhile, she's also the toughest Squawker to fight.

Kandy Slappp requires five main items, and each of these items is a nasty, cuteness and belly increasing nightmare that keeps replenishing infinitely! The Peeps will need to be extra careful with these are they're going to have a bad time.

Here it is! The reveal on the hardest and most difficult Squawker! Not bringing protection and not carrying the party's best items into this mess will definitely be suicide. In order to survive, the Peep entering this thing will need to be able to survive the +15 on both stats, which is possible but unlikely. Even if they pop, they'll still find out who Kandy Slappp really is, but there's that price that's painful.
