Listener Feedback: Sharing Exp. of All #PokemonPodcastMonth2022

Sharing the experience is one of the best things about Pokemon podcasting.
And we hope that you too are here to hear about the countless different experiences these listeners have had. Especially when it comes to listening to their favorite podcasts. With that said, welcome to another Listener Feedback segment.
This segment we are sharing listener feedback for the EXP. Share Podcast and PokeDads.
It’s EXP. Share

Hello, welcome to EXP. Share. It’s a Pokemon Podcast! Staring Tanner and he is joined by his co-host Josh. Together they are a Pokemon Podcast that play each Pokemon game. Week by week. Gym by gym.
Together these podcasters have been to Kanto all the way to Kalos. Playing all the Pokemon games and unfortunately seen both good and bad. Especially the furry part that isn’t all for kids. Overall, you can expect a good time.
Now, let us take in our first piece of listener feedback from Holli K. from Pallet Town, Kanto.
Holli K. Says
Why do you listen to the EXP. Share?
How do I even begin to explain Exp. Share? – Exp. Share is flawless. – They have 2 amazing hosts, and a silver game. – I hear their Pokemon’s hair is insured for $10,000. – I hear they both do BuzzFeed commercials… in Japan. – Their favorite movie is “Porko Rosso.” – One time, they met John Stamos at a bar. And he told them to stop playing Pokémon . – One time, they punched me in the face… it was awesome!
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Tanner’s “Ew, Make Me Barf” Pokémon and “Joshy’s Sweeties”.
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
A medal for being so funny and an internet block from 4 Chan.
——————————————————————————-
Thank you Holli K. for starting us off. You certainly said a lot of interesting things to make people want to listen to EXP. Share.
And don’t worry. You will not need to give them a block to 4Chan. I heard that place is being shut down soon. Such interesting news.
Let us move on to another piece of listener feedback from Jamie F. who is from Virbank City, Unova.
Jamie F. Says
Why do you listen to the EXP. Share?
The hosts are funny and they adhere to a great premise.
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
FurAffinity Check.
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
A high five
——————————————————————————-
I am pretty sure Tanner and Josh has given FurAffinity plenty of free advertising. Also, a high five does sound like an awesome thing to give.
How about we hear from David W. from Lumiose City, Kalos.
David W. Says
Why do you listen to the EXP. Share?
The two hosts are very funny and I really enjoy playing the games along with the pod with the “gym by gym, week by week” format.
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
All of the little segments; Tanner’s Ew Make me Barf, Joshie’s Sweeties, Level Check and of course Fur Affinity Check.
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
If they had a Patreon I would definitely sign up for it.
——————————————————————————-
They do have plenty of different segments. Each one of them with their own charmed.
Let us take a listen to what Mike from Slateport City, Hoenn has to say.
Mike Says
Why do you listen to the EXP. Share?
They own bones.
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Whenever Tanner has a Match-Up Mayhem .
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
Hm….
——————————————————————————-
I bet it can be hard to think up something to give these great men. Though, maybe a type chart for Tanner would be a good idea. Then again, we may not have anymore Match-Up Mayhem.
Next, we have a piece of feedback. This one comes from Victoria from Cerulean City, Kanto.
Victoria Says
Why do you listen to the EXP. Share?
I enjoy Tanner’s other podcasts, and I loved the premise of this one. Josh is the perfect foil and the boys play off of each other so well. They always put me in a good mood, especially when I needed a pandemic distraction!
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
I loved it when the boys discovered Fur Affinity and the dark underbelly of the fandom. I am delighted any time they are brave enough to check it out! (Lord knows I’m not going to!) The internet is so weird and they are brave enough to look and tell me about it.
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
I would love for Josh & Tanner to receive the complete collection of Pokémon games and corresponding consoles because they have invested a lot of money & time for the sake of the show, and they have faced some tragic losses in the process!
——————————————————————————-
I think they would greatly appreciate a full collection of the Pokemon games. That would make running this podcast most helpful.
Now, we are going to look at some feedback for another popular Pokemon podcast, PokeDads.
It’s PokeDads

What’s up listeners! Welcome to PokeDads! A Pokemon TCG podcast. A podcast hosted by a roundtable of dads who love to play Pokemon. Each week they are trying to grow the name of PokeDads to be more then just dads who have kids and help them grow. This podcast is hosted by PokeDads Rick, Scott, Aaron and Drew!
Now, let us take in our first piece of listener feedback for PokeDads comes from Devin P. in Pewter City, Kanto.
Devin P. Says
Why do you listen to the PokeDads?
They are the most fun to listen to and have built an amazing community!
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
All of the times that they mention my name or talk about others in the community that we have built.
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
Official sponsorship to run bigger tournaments and give more product away for giveaways!
——————————————————————————-
The PokeDads have certainly built a nice community. Isn’t that right Devin P. from Pewter City. I can certainly see their tournaments getting bigger in the future.
Our next piece of listener feedback comes from Justin S. from Castelia City, Unova.
Justin S. Says
Why do you listen to the PokeDads?
They are hilarious!
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
The retro deck episode.
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
Trips to Regionals so they can experience more.
——————————————————————————-
It would be awesome to see them at Regional. That way Justin S. can say hello to them in person. I would love to do the same.
Lastly, we have one more piece of listener feedback. This one was written by Drew.
Drew Says
Why do you listen to the PokeDads?
Humble dudes who enjoy the game from a competitive and casual perspective. Love their banter and friendship
What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Adding the intern.
What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
my love affection and new microphones.
——————————————————————————-
Adding microphones along with an intern sounds like a winning combination. I am sure Drew from the show would love that. Isn’t that right, Drew?
