It’s Postcards from Pearl


Dear Listener! You need to hear about Postcards from Pearl! It is a Pokemon tabletop podcast about this girl name Pearl! She has a Seel named Sealy. She also has a best friend name Luca who has Toofus the Croconaw!
Together they travel the Kinoko region fighting gym leaders, helping people and taking down Team Nasty! They are the worst ever! These bad guys use Shadow Pokemon but don’t worry! Pearl and Luca are saving them and purify them all! Opps! I rambled on too long!

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Whenever Sarah/Pearl breaks out into musical theatre song parodies!!! It’s hilarious and I love it so much as a theatre enthusiast myself! I also adore the wonderful array of NPCs and the underlying lore that develops throughout!

What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
I’d give them an award of some kind or maybe just some good food? It seems like they work really really hard to make their podcast so I’d give them something that gives them a well-deserved break or reward!

Musicals seems to be a strong occurrence in Postcards from Pearl. I guess it also helps that both Sarah and Jonah are huge theater fans.

Why do you listen to the Postcards from Pearl?
I listen to the podcast for the DM and the cast that put it on. I love the fanbases for PfP. They are a great community and I’m proud to be a part of it.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Any time that Luca (NPC) is acting like a normal teen and just being the voice of reason.

What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
My voice, I want to perform for people, but I would buy merch if they had any just to support them and help out.

Best group of people that discuss Pokemon and Pokemon news.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Playing through Legends Arceus my first time while listing to their first time playing, or any of the other Pokemon games for that matter.

Their continued success, it seems like this is what these folks want to do and I hope they can continue to devote more of their time doing what they love!

Why do you listen to the P.U.C.L. Podcast?
I stumbled on it randomly in 2019 but have loved it ever since. Varied content and topics, plus rotating hosts.

What is your favorite moment from the podcast?
Some of the trivia segments are my favorite.

What is one thing that you would give to the podcast(s) if you could give them something? Why?
The first thing that comes to mind is microphones but honestly the sound quality is usually really good.

I like when they build teams. It helps to hear ideas on competitive teams that I can try out with my group of friends.

Early copies of the new games. So, they could have ample time to enjoy and also cover the new mechanics and nuances in them.
