What is up with all the graffiti all over Paldea?
Lately Pokemon’s social media have been sharing reports of unusual art that is happening all over Paldea. This art looks more like graffiti of some kind. At first the source was unknown. Check out below the original tweet that reported upon this unusual activity.
Hey Trainers! We’ve managed to obtain these photos of some strange markings taken by a photographer from Paldea.
They seem to be getting a lot of attention from the region’s citizens…

Pokemon has said that these photographs were originally from a photographer from the Paldea region. At the time, we could have only guess that this was some sort of Pokemon that was leaving behind this trail of graffiti. Though, this photographer seems to be fairing better then the last time somebody took footage of a new Pokemon. Do we all remember what happen in Hisui?
As of the moment of this writing, more details have been release regarding these mysterious paintings. It turns out that a Pokemon called Grafaiai is behind it all!
So far we have not seen any pictures of Grafaiai. Simply their art. Though, this Pokemon seem to have a way with the paintbrush as they are certainly painting the forest red! And yellow! Along with blue. With some orange. Then some green.
Below is the update that Pokemon release regarding Grafaiai.
Remember the markings we shared yesterday? Well, the Paldean photographer has confirmed that these were made by a Pokémon called #Grafaiai!
As you can see, it’s quite difficult to catch in action.

What is Grafaiai besides a Pokemon with a talent for art? Does Grafaiai have any ties to another Pokemon with a paintbrush? Perhaps a Regional Evolution to Smeargle? Only time can tell!
