PXRVille - A town of peace and harmony where the mayor is the only hum-- No, that's a whole different game.

Gametown: An area of the state of Forum located smack dab in the center of an area that's simply known as "PXR." (don't ask what it stands for, i don't know either.) Gametown used to be a nice place, decent people migrating from an old town that was god-knows-where. Keyword: "Used." Ever since around the end of 2013, a mafia group came over and took it over. However, most people didn't know about the mafia settling in. In fact, there was absolutely no sign that a mafia was inhabiting Gametown at all!

However, that was until the first murder occurred.

The body of an old leader of Gametown was discovered with a simple note on top:

"Just to make sure you know who's on top.

-M"

Since then, the villagers have trusted the "crazy people" who said that there were mafia among them and that the signature, "M," must have meant "Mafia" and that it came from the leader or from a subordinate. Ever since that day humanity received a grim reminder, a trial of villagers of all kinds of jobs have appeared, voting on who is part of the mafia. If someone is determined to be part of the mafia, they get "Exiled," which does not necessarily mean what you think it means. Once a person is "Exiled," they are sent out of Gametown, never to be seen again...

Oh yeah, I guess I should mention that an outside force has managed to change everyone into EELS and NON-EELS. However, the NON-EELS are disguised as EELS and cannot be identified as NON-EELS until they have been Exiled. cheerio pip pip di doodily doo

Rules:

[1] Respect all of PXR's rules as well as the Fun & Games' rules. This is important.

[2] If you have played Mafia here before, then you'll know that each day and each night is one week. Because summer is so short (sadly), each day and night will last two days.

[3] Continuing from 2, unlike Kenny, I do not have the ability to alter signatures. :( So, if you get Exiled, I'm seriously expecting you to honor your de--Exile by putting in the avatar of what class you were in your signature. (Also, I'm using a Chromebook, so I can't really make banners. If you could donate some, however, that would be great~)

[4] Day and Night work differently. During the day, everybody can talk in this about who was killed the previous night and vote for who to Exile. Whoever has the most votes to be Exiled will be Exiled. During the Night, however, this thread will be boarded up. This is when the Non-Eels shine. During this time, the Non-Eels will determine who to kill off. This person will be killed the next morning, reducing the count by one. (Filler text here)

[5] If you do not follow any of the rules, I will be forced to kill you off. It's not something I really want to do, but seriously. Don't do it.

[6] Have fun and don't get killed. Or, attempt to not get killed.

Classes:

[Eels]


Villager - Villagers...have no special ability. They can't really do much except for vote, like everybody else. They can talk and vote, that's just about it.


Village Leader - The Village Leader is not the mayor of this place, let's get this straight. He's pretty much like every other Villager, however, he has a unique ability. Because of his/her ability to motivate the other Villagers, he/she can have a vote that is worth two votes. However, since this is really important, he/she can only do this once. There is also one Village Leader.


Savior - (This doesn't look like an eel, but it is, trust me.) The Savior is a caring eel who devotes his/her life to helping others. Because of their endless devotion, they can do one of two things: Protect one player from death by a Non-Eel, or, set to explode in the face of a Non-Eel while they go to kill someone. If they choose to explode, they will die, the player selected for death will be saved, and there is a 75% chance that the Non-Eel will be killed in the explosion. If they choose to save someone without killing themselves, they can choose anyone, and I mean any one player to protect from death once per day during the day (This excludes the Exile choosing.). Their other option is to be a mine for the Night. However, the Savior cannot protect someone AND be a mine at Night.


Hunter - (This is another eel too, don't worry.) The Hunter is someone to look out for. Once per day, during the day, a Hunter can find out the role of another player. They can choose to share this information with the other Eels, or keep it to him/herself. Other than their ability to find who is what class, they look pretty fearsome.

[Non-Eels]


Goon - I told you they look like Eels! What Goons can do is vote twice! That's right - Once during the Day, and once during the Night. Their vote during the Night determines who gets killed overnight, leaving the Eels with one less member.


Mastermind - The head of the Non-Eel group. Like the Goons, they can vote twice. However, unlike the Goons, the Mastermind can disguise him/herself as a regular Villager easily, avoiding the Hunter's X-Ray questions.

Win Conditions: One team will win the game if the following happens:
-The Eels will win if they kill all of the Non-Eels
-The Non-Eels will win if they kill off all of the Eels.

Each Day and Night will end at 7:00 PM, MST (Subject to change.) At 7:02 (Or later, if I do not have access), the next stage will occur. (Day ==> Night or Night ==> Day, depending on what it was before 7:00 PM MST)

If you get the Hunter or Savior class, don't worry, you can still vote. Some people get confused by this and this is here to remind you that you can vote, no matter what class you have.

You guys are great. The icons you have made are great, you guys are great, and you all are just... great. I think we can really bring the mafia back!

Also, when do you guys think the cutoff date should be for sign-ups?

It should probably be in the 5-10 day range, and we probably shouldn't start unless there's at least 8 people, which gives us 2 Non-eels and 6 real Eels for a fairly even game. Seem fair?
