How can one Community Day feature so many Pokémon?
If you recall every December Community celebrates the past year with a little walk down memory lane. That’s right, Pokémon that have been featured in previous CD events over the last two years are back once again. There are lots of great bonuses as well as exclusive moves for evolving all the Pokémon. Read on so you are fully prepared for the two day event.
Event Details

Time and Date
Saturday, December 17, 2022, and Sunday, December 18, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
Bonuses
Bonuses that are active during the December 2022 Community will be 2x XP, Candy, and Stardust for catching Pokémon, 1/2 hatch distance when eggs are incubated during the event, and 2x chance for XL candy for trainers over Level 31. Trades made during the event will cost 50% less Stardust and you will also get to make one extra special trade each day of the event. Lure Modules and regular Incense will both last 3 hours each. Timed Research and Stickers will also be available
Featured Pokémon
The Pokémon listed below will have their shiny rates boosted during event times. However any of the Pokémon may appear on either day having regular shiny rates from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
On Saturday, keep an eye out for: Sandshrew, Alolan Sandshrew, Alolan Geodude, Hoppip, Spheal, and Stufful. Sunday Trainers will have the chance to encounter: Teddiursa, Galarian Zigzagoon, Starly, Roggenrola, Litwick, and Deino. Lucky Trainer on both days may be able to find: Bulbasaur, Dratini, and Mudkip.
Raids and Eggs
While out on the town, Gyms nearby my have special One-Star Raids featuring: Machop, Eevee, Roselia, Swablu, Duskull, Shinx, Gible, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, and Fletchling. Similar Pokémon can be hatched from 2km Eggs gathered during these two days: Machop, Eevee, Swablu, Duskull, Shinx, Budew, Gible, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, and Fletchling.
